• Hidden Gem has been my go-to for facials with massage and general de-stressing tune-ups for many years. In fact, my first visit was in a rented space, before the West Concord office opened. She's earned a 10 in my book every time. Yesterday, she sensed I needed a little more shoulder and face work, and went above and beyond the agreed 90 minutes. Long back massage, with hot stones and extra shoulder work, plus waxing, dermabrasion, extraction, face feel, and masks, face and scalp massage. Pahlavi is a gift and a gem. I haven't had a facial or massage from anyone else at Hidden Gem, but I've really liked everyone I've met who works there on the front desk, waxing, choosing a facial wash, etc. Thank you Hidden Gem!
