• I have been going to Hidden Gem for quite some time now for several different things and they are always on time, professional, clean and smiling. Not to mention that they do a great job with whatever service you're there for.

• Somewhat disappointed not to get warm hand mitts; and, while a lot of my blackheads are gone, quite a few remain. Laura did say, tho, that they were difficult to extract.
