• Many things set Hidden Gem Spa at the top of the scale for me. The one thing that I consistently feel when I go there for self-care services is: I feel that I am important to them, and I am being taken care of in a way that is genuine and with kindness and appreciation. I think that should be the way that everyone experiences personal care services, but it is not always the case. I have felt rushed and just as if I was, "simply the next in line in my past visits to a number of other businesses. Never at Hidden Gem Spa!
