• We were in San Antonio for a meeting and an overnight stay at the Hotel Emma. I booked a massage with Vivian (Ruiz, I believe was her last name), and she was wonderful. Check-in, the spa room where we changed were all very good. I would definitely ask for Vivian again for a massage if and when we return.

• Because the service was outstanding. The esthetician was just wonderful and gave me such a marvelous facial. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the changing room has everything you need and it looks so nice. The waiting area is relaxing - it's all perfect!
