• This was my first time getting a facial and I was more than pleased with the entire experience. Katherine is an absolute delight. She is very friendly/welcoming and she was super engaged with what I had to say about my skin. I was able to relax immediately and enjoy the Tailor Made facial treatment. I also appreciated the friendliness of everyone in the front of house. So many businesses now do not prioritize face-to-face, human interaction, so to be treated like a top-notch guest on my first visit did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Hiatus, for being a quality business that I will definitely be recommending to others.
