• My pedicure itself was wonderful! The technician listened to my requests and was very gentle. My husband was very pleased with his massage. My only criticism is the check out process afterwards when I asked to put the service on the room bill. Both employees had difficulty figuring out how to do that. I was told “just one more minute” about 5 times during the 30 minutes it took to check out. Finally she called her manager and got help with the problem. Seems like charging to ones room would be a common request but it seemed very difficult.

• They only had dry wine and there was something unidentified in our dry red wine. A substance that clearly was not supposed to be in wine.
