• Customer service! The culture and atmosphere as soon as I walked in … set the tone for the rest of the appointment! Courteous welcome from all front staff … very welcoming and warm employees who really infuse a personal side to make one feel comfortable Mike solidified my first time experience by ensuring I return and recommend others. He focused on my troubled areas; maintained a personal/professional dialogue the entire session but was funny along the way. Ultimately, his prescience alone was everything I needed. I’ve been to different places for massages to include other cities and states but this experience was different and it started with culture! To the management team … keep making people the focus of your efforts.
