New time with Lizette for pedicure and she was phenomenal in provide a complete retreat experience and catering to exactly what I wanted (to nap). • Great experience! This was my first time visiting and I knew while I was in the lounge that I would become a member. The tea, robe, nice bathroom amenities, and the whole vibe was enough for me to know I want to come back next month. I did join the H-circle :) I wish the checkout process was more organized which is why I gave it a 9/10.
