I had Jessie. She was fantastic. I would like to see more comfortable seating in the waiting room. It would be make a better experience if you could stretch out and relax a bit after a treatment.

Loved our experience!! The only 'negative' was that we requested add on services that never happened, but when it came time to pay, I just notified her that we didn't receive those and she didn't charge us. All was fine, we were just looking forward to the two add on's that we booked. We will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

The facility is beautiful and the staff is very nice and my masseuse was very good at providing a great massage.

My massage therapist was very professional and just knew what needed to be done without having to ask. You could tell that he had years of experience and when asked he told me he had 11 years of being a massage therapist. I will definitely ask for Cesar every time I get a massage at your location.

Jennifer did an excellent job with my services! I go to a lot of spa/wellness retreats and thought the quality and value presented at Hiatus was very high. There maybe some opportunity to enhance some of the hard products (lounge area and locker room), but all in all a good well rounded experience.
