• I love Hiatus, and I've been a member for years. I just think the toilet area, water closet, could be checked and cleaned more frequently. I've seen sn employee walk in and pick up tea cups and water glasses, but please take a few seconds and open the toilet area and check it as well. You'd be amazed how quickly a client pisses on a seat, or their hair falls on the toilet seat. I realize in this current environment cleanliness is most important to the Spa and the clients. And please replace the toilet paper holders because they don't hold the paper properly, and the one on the right should be move up and away from the toilet. I've hit my knee on that one time that was so painful and very uncomfortable.
