• A friend gave me a gift certificate to Hiatus. I'd had facials before and thought I knew what to expect. First of all, every single member of the Hiatus staff has impeccable customer service. I'm huge on customer service, and almost always see a problem with it everywhere I go these days. Not at Hiatus.
