• I rated my visit a 10 for the following reasons: Clean, spacious locker room with plenty of pre and post service amenities; relaxation room with spa water and comforting tea is a nice touch to unwind and relax pre service; masseuse (Vivian) was very attentive and thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session (table warmer, aromatherapy, hot towels, offered service addons); smooth and easy checkout process.
