• During facial—Friendly service, felt very comfortable and personalized. But office called and asked if I could come in early. I did and my girl wasn’t informed and so I waited 30 minutes. When I left There was a woman standing near a table with products and balloons who didn’t speak to me.’lAnd when I paid, I wasn’t given my discount and had to reach back out to receive it. But the girl who gave me my facial made up for the other incidents.

• I was very happy with my services. I did have small hiccup with my nail polish chipping within 15 hours of getting them done, but it was quickly resolved. I will say that I think both my techs were excellent and the polish mishap may have been because my Body Glow service was schedule less than an hour after getting my nails done. I would suggest to whoever is doing the booking to not put those two services together or to schedule the Body Glow before a nail appointment since the BG involves so much water. I will definitely be back. Such quality work being done at Hiatus and a truly relaxing experience.
