• Didn't realize there was an additional charge to remove the gel polish. Also, when I first joined, we were offered a glass of wine or champagne. I know that was put on hold during COVID...is this no longer a benefit?

• The mani/pedi as a great experience with Paula. Only comment was that she did not expect to take off my existing gel polish so it took her longer than expected. If the scheduling person had asked me about that detail, Paula would have been prepared for a longer visit.
