  • Service was great…booking was not smooth. Could not book special and appointment for self and friend on single call. Had to schedule on call and then go online and purchase special. They did not get all info and they had to call back and then I discovered they had scheduled me but not my friend. Received multiple confirmation emails and return voicemails like two people were taking care of issue (I had to leave voicemail) and not knowing the other was handling. When booking facial via phone, they need to ask about Botox and fillers before proceeding to book. Once receiving info in confirmation, you would have to change appointment if that was situation. More effort for both business and customer. Not in my case but something I noticed should be asked when booking. I do get Botox and fillers off and on and not sure I would have thought about that when scheduling facial. Then when I went to complete forms, system location was listed as Inwood so then I called to make sure we were booked at Plano. We were and it was stated in emails but thought it was odd that location was on my profile so felt I needed to double check. Had booking been smooth, the whole experience would have been 10 out of 10!
