• Love the atmosphere, the service is excellent. I would have given a 10 except I don’t feel my feet are as exfoliated as they would be at cheaper strip mall locations. I feel my cuticles could use a little more love as well. I also feel the nail polish job could be better. Often, I can tell that the second coat is only on part of my nail vs the entire nail. Seems sloppy considering the cost. Plus I’m a member, so often I let it slide, but is seems to be happening more and more.
