• As someone who had not been to a full service salon in a while it would have been nice to get more information as to what to expect maybe a little more "hand holding " as far as information. Not just fill these forms out and off you go. It is hard to ask questions if you don't know what to ask. Also since I didn't know the layout of the salon I got turned around after one of my services and was unsure of the directions from the service provider.
