Probably should hv been an 7.
1) Lockers were not explained.
2) Prepaid before services and assistant became flustered & a bit uneasy when other customers arrived. Another assistant waiting to help check in/out would have been more ideal.
Granted computer froze so my receipt could not be printed.
3) Items/amounts charged were not stated; I had to ask. Dim lighting & small receipt font made it difficult to read itemized charges. I did so later after signing which is not wise.
4) Surprisingly, upon exiting, I was not pitched to join membership or given any information.
Fortunately, the ethestician Jenny spoke to me about membership, perks & answered my questions.
5) Jenny who is awesome, volunteered to leave brochure & product used for me to see at front desk.
Items were not there. Another assistant was more helpful w/locating item & answering my questions.
All in all it was a delightful experience.
