Massage therapist was great & was so accommodating when she realized i needed to prob have a deep tissue instead of what had been booked & she's one of the few i've been to who were able to get the huge knots out of my neck and back! The therapist who performed my facial also (once I told her I was used to getting hydrafacials) offered that the machine happened to be free if i wanted to upgrade that, as well! I did & she did an amazing job & I really appreciated it because I'm leaving for vacation today! Lastly, the ladies checking me out were wonderful, as well! Bottom line - i was really considering cancelling my membership prior to this visit, as I have not been able to find a good massage therapist (alot of turnover) and havent been able to get in w/my usual hydrafacial aesthetician because she is ALWAYS booked for months at a time.
