• It was like a mini "Spa Castle" but much more intimate and exclusive. There were so many little touches that we loved, like the treats, the hand-written notes, and product suggestions. The hot sauna was also a nice touch, along with the robes, and the sitting area, the lighting and the music. Everyone was very pleasant and happy to help. Kuddos to your reception team, especially the blonde (sorry, I don't remember her name) she greeted us graciously, her vibe helped set the tone, and they were both very helpful on our way out. The only thing I would change is the foot massage. It was a bit awkward. I didn't like that they had to kneel in front of us. I would have been, and I'm sure they would have been more comfortable had the massage happened on the table. I have been to spas before where the feet are scrubbed and massaged and then wrapped in hot towels on the table and that was more relaxing because there is no interruption to the flow of services. That is only our humble opinion and not a deal breaker, we will certainly be back. Thank you.
