Truly one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Everyone is so kind and it is extremely relaxing while you're there from start to finish. The customer service upon entering was unbelievable and continued throughout the my entire visit. I had three appointments back to back totaling 3.5 hours and each and every time I was completely amazed with how thorough each of my aestheticians and masseuses were. For the waiting room to be such an amazing experience in its own is surprising; most people don't enjoy the waiting room area at most places but here, at Hiatus, it is it's own unique relaxing moment. It is indulged with a setting that allows you to detach from your hectic every day life and relax with a cup of tea or infused water. By the time I was done I left there feeling like a brand new woman.

Monique gave an incredible facial and is so knowledgeable. Lindsay at check-in is so welcoming and gave great recs for products and helped make sure I could use my credits appropriately - which for a long-time H circle member is really important. They deserve a bonus or coffee surprise!!

My recent massage with Jen was exactly what I needed. I didn’t realized how much stress I was carrying in my neck and shoulders. Jen’s focus on those areas was brilliant. My husband and I both recommend Jen Sherwood highly.
