• The staff and service providers were all very kind when I first arrived. It was my first time there and I am already thinking of when I want to come back-- and I don't even live in Austin! I had such a great time and I would highly recommend the holiday packages.

• I was surprised that the facial technician didn't examine my skin before deciding on a course of treatment. Just asked one question - usually it is a little more in depth process. I was worried that she was going to cause damage to my very sensitive skin.
