• Whitney and Taylor were amazing. The one thing you may consider adjusting is the process for leaving tips when using a credit card on file to pay for services. It's very awkward to be asked to announce to everyone within hearing distance of the POS system how much of a tip you would like to leave. That is a very private matter, and I can't think of any other place where you are asked to announce the amount of gratuity you would like to leave. Other than that, it was a great experience!

• Hilary is such a sweet and funny person and works magic with my skin and skincare. I can’t remember the name of the girl at the front desk but she had glasses and long hair (Makayla?) but she was so thoughtful and helpful!
