• My facial (& skincare specialist) were great. The scheduling issues at Hiatus have been problematic. My facial on 6/24 was a reschedule from a last minute cancellation for a staff that could not make it the week before. And when I've tried to make a massage appt I'm told there are no slots for appts until 4 weeks out. I'm a monthly Hiatus Circle member & chose to continue supporting with my monthly payment throughout the 15+ months of CV-19 pandemic to support the business, but unfortunately Iam having trouble accessing Hiatus services I've already paid for. I know many businesses are short-staffed right now & hope Hiatus is able to staff up soon. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.
