• I called prior to my appointment to inform the staff that I was running late. I called 3x but no one picked up. I went to my appointment anyways and was going to cancel. The employee at the front desk was helping another client for at least 10 mins and never addressed me or asked what I needed. Usually the front desk would just ask if I am checking in and if so then just check me in so I could go get changed and continue helping the current patient. It ended up making my appointment even later. I understand that I was already late but it could’ve been even less or I could’ve cancelled. Otherwise, I usually have a good experience at Hiatus.
