Great instructors and lots of classes
Tiana is an excellent teacher. I feel like I get great value from her classes. I can do all of the exercises but i’m always being pushed out of my comfort zone. It’s a great atmosphere at HiPilates always.
The classes are small in numbers- love that
And just the right amount of exertion
