Great equipment and instructor. Location is also convenient. like small intimate classes.
It was my very first pilates class and Jemma made me feel welcome and relaxed. The stretch class was amazing, I loved the playlist as well!
Looking online to book more classes and there seems to be less choice than when I signed up. No 'core and upper' classes at all any more. Only two evening classes tmw, no daytime classes.
