Great instructions from Jemma who was attentive and gave multiple variations for people who are beginners to people more advanced.
It wasn't intimidating for someone who hasn't ever done Pilates before.
The studio is also very nice and clean.
Excellent introduction to Pilates: instructor Jemma was patient in showing me the apparatus - which looks rather complex at first glance, and later on correcting my technique.
Am assuming grace and fluidity of movement may take a few dozen sessions 🙂
