Great workout in the hip hop class. Cool instructor, great yoga supplies offered like mats towels blocks, fun and judgement free while at the same time encouraging and helping you to push toward goals!

Tommy was an excellent teacher. Although I was new to hot yoga and I have never done it before. He was welcoming and helpful. We even came back again for Thursday morning and are going back again tomorrow, Friday morning. What a great place you've got. Todd Burton
