• It is the only exercise experience I’ve found that makes me feel excited to go. It somehow threads the needle between being a tough workout without being impossible. The people that train you manage to be positive without being “rah rah”, push you without breaking you, be incredibly fit and smart about exercise but not be intimidating or meat heads, keep a variety to make it interesting, be attentive without being hovering, give instructive feedback. And the people who go there are committed to their fitness and kind. I am unsure how HEXA threads the needle and manages to do all of this . It for sure comes from the top. I feel grateful to have found it.

• Owner and coaches are best in class, tiered and structured workouts, blocks of time to work out vs classes. You basically get semi-private training in a flexible environment!! My favorite gym of all time, I’m only bummed I didn’t discover HEXA sooner!
