The overall experience was tranquil and inviting from the receptionist to my masseuse. Demetrius was excellent and informative. She explained everything including origins of certain services that I received. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and plan to return in the future for more me time.

The atmosphere and staff at Ma’ati were very warm and inviting. I appreciated the wine, strawberry, tea and warm towel, and Anastasia was very professional and kind. I recommended Ma’ati to my hotel front desk and look forward to visiting again when I return to Winston-Salem. Thank you!
