I had such a great experience when my husband and good friend surprised with a spa day for my birthday that I decided to take my best friend for her birthday.It was wonderful from start to finish. Our therapists were wonderful and very professional.

The atmosphere in the Spa is warm, comfortable and inviting. My masseuse was Cory and he was great. I will definitely book another massage with Cory. I have spoken highly of my experience here and recommended the Spa to my friends and family.

This place was AMAZING I purchased a gift voucher through their website paid $120 for $300 worth of service due to a Black Friday special they were having next day I scheduled an appointment for a romantic valentines couple massage. When me and my fiancé arrived we were greeted by the owner she walked us downstairs and the massage room was like out of a movie

This was a total all around great experience from booking to the massage. Carlton who booked my massage was so pleasant and very helpful when I had to r eachedule. He made booking a breeze. I've had several massages but my first experience with a hot stone massage. Corri was excellent very professional and friendly. Encouraged me to let him know what was working and what was not with my lower back pain. He completely relieved the pain. Hands down best m assage I ever had. Only wish I lived closer because I'd be there monthly. Loved that I received email and text notifications of my booked time. Also, th anks to Theresa at Winston Salem hotel and spa for the recommendation. I earnestly recommend Ma'ati spa to anyone. Just one tip turn up the heat a littl e lol. Thank you Shawn Beverly

Ma’ati spa was a very pleasant visit .the place was very clean and they were very friendly and helpful people my massage therapist was awesome I was happy with the work she did ( she was very cute I might add ;) lol )
