• By far one of the best spa experiences we have had in awhile. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were on vacation in Boone and as soon as we arrived at the spa we had a horrible storm which knocked out the power. Instead of just telling us sorry can't help you today, they did everything they could do accommodate us. Including lighting tea lights and playing music on their phones to make sure we had a beautiful spa experience. They truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend they to anyone!!

• This massage at Heavenly Touch was my first ever and I needed it so bad believe me.. It was such a lovely experience the whole time. My masseuse was incredibly professional with every single thing she did and made me feel so comfortable with the whole experience (her name was Emily.) She gave me every chance to tell her if it was too rough or if I felt okay and it was perfect the whole time. I would definitely recommend Heavenly Touch for many services because every experience I've had here is top notch.
