• I am from out of town. We came to Boone to ski. I called 1 hour before we arrived, and they were still able set me up with an appt over the phone. Nancy gave a great massage and girls at front desk were super friendly.

• So I regularly get massages as massage therapy helps with a sleep disorder that I have. The professionalism of this spa was excellent. I had no trouble scheduling my appointment and I had a clear understanding of protocols -- including Covid stuff-- before I arrived. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and was put it ease with regard to what was going to be next. Everyone was warm and kind. The message therapist was knowledgeable and helpful as we discussed why I was there and what I hoped to get out of the experience. All of that was top shelf. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to the massage itself. It was phenomenal-- easily in my top 5 of all time. So, yeah. Y'all earned that 10. I don't live in Boone but when I'm back in town I'll be looking you up.
