• The atmosphere was great. The cleanliness of the place was a perfect way to help start relaxing. I didn't even have anxiety in a public restroom there- that's how clean it was- and this is huge for me! I loved how everyone was very soft spoken and kind. I liked that I could bring my things in the room with me. Melissa does a wonderful job at giving massages. I liked the way she explained things prior and talked about what I wanted. She even took in mind what scents I am sensitive to and made sure not to use them. Then after the massage she talked with me about the result and what areas seemed more tense. I absolutely loved the room- from the paint color to the LED candles. The peaceful music was perfect as well. Loved that everyone has to take shoes off to go past the lobby!! I also like how they offer specials for their services. Thank you for a great experience! One piece of positive criticism would be to have more of a sign on the building visible to the entrance by road since there are so many buildings around that area- I wasn't sure which building at first. Other than that there's nothing that would have make a better experience!

• I have been going to Heaven And Earth Day Spa for over 5 years. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the massage is always fantastic. I normally see Patricia and I highly recommend her. That said, whenever, I have had another staff member because Patricia was not available the massage has always been of the highest professional quality.
