I love taking classes at all 3 of Heather’s studios! Starting my morning with an invigorating and challenging workout puts me in a happy mood for the rest of the day! I feel off when I can’t go. Thanks to Heather and all the fabulous instructors for building and offering such a wonderful community where I can continue to get stronger - mind, body and soul.
