The attention to every detail of a class from welcoming to set up to modifications to mindset - everything is always spot-on. I'm an introvert so coming to class where I always see familiar faces is so easy.

The community at HG is truly amazing! And for me it’s so close to home. There are so many options, formats, class times, and instructors that will challenge you every class.
