  • I’ve been wanting to join a yoga studio for some time now and it’s been a priority to pick a place that is aligned with who I am. I did research on many places here and Heart Fire just sang. To be completely candid, having battles with mental health and being a survivor of sexual assault (and also starting as a beginner) I was nervous to dive into yoga even though those are the same reasons I am drawn to it. But, the descriptions of classes and the information on the instructors made me feel comfortable and even excited. I signed up for a virtual Yin & Restore class after a long day at work (I work in a female operated warehouse and while fun, it is physically demanding at times) and it was extremely relaxing and felt great on my tired body. Steph was wonderful and spoke like a friend. I plan to make Heart Fire a weekly visit.
  • The instructor seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and I liked being able to participate virtually. Helps me build up a familiarity with the flow of a class before coming in person.
  • I love the teachers at heart fire, the philosophy of openness and respect, and the ease of accessing the classes.
  • The atmosphere is friendly. Welcoming. Evident social distancing measures. Class used postures in a thoughtful methodical format. Encouraging mindful awareness of experience and change. Grateful for a return to class in person
  • I loved everything about the space and the class!
