• I had a knot between my shoulders that kept me up at night. I even saw the doctor and she did an ekg to make sure it wasn't my heart. Beth did a fantastic job of working that knot out. I'm a little sore today from the deep massage but NOT in pain. I fell asleep at 7:30 and slept great!
