• Kara asked me what kind of problems i was having and addressed them thoroughly! I also loved the mini foot reflexology treatment. That night I slept without usual hip pain waking me and got out of bed the next morning without the usual joint stiffness. Usually my hip also hurts during car trips lasting longer than 20 minutes...no pain today!
