I am someone who carries stress in their neck. Ariel helped me with stressed muscles in my arm and neck. She understands all the muscles and nerves and how they are suppose to be in our bodies. Great place to escape to.

I've been receiving 1hour deep-tissue massages thru Healthy Touch see monthly for 5 yrs now & have been very pleased with the massages, staff & atmosphere. I had suffered with RSD for 3 yrs (now in remission) but now have very painful SI Joints that cause constant nerve pain & spasms in my pelvic region, low back & legs. The pain can be quite debilitating. It is important to stretch & receive regular massages to promote range of motion & blood flow, relieve pain & spasms & to reduce the tension I feel. I look forward to my monthly appointments as an chance to relax & enjoy, but I also see them necessary for the sake of my health & well-being. The owner & office staff are very accommodating & friendly! The therapists are very professional & always make me feel comfortable! They're flexible depending upon instructions from their clients & also knowledgeable on a variety of techniques. The cost is extremely reasonable compared to all I had compared. They've got my back!! 👐
