• Josh always is extremely personable and professional. He has a wealth of knowledge that goes beyond just a normal massage. He was able to give me tips on staying hydrated to help muscle fascia as well as recommendations to prevent adrenal fatigue. I'm driving and spoke all into my phone, so I'm not sure if spelling has come out correctly… But there's always someone pleasant and positive when I come and check in as well as pay and the massage is always wonderfully refreshing and thorough.
