• Because I had a gift card since 2022 and made an appt to use it yesterday. I had previously made an appt in 2023 but my son was ill so I had called and cancelled my weekday appt because I figured he wouldn't be better by then. I had left a message and even called back the next day to make sure it was received. At my appt yesterday I found out that they had marked my other appt as a no call no show and charged the gift certificate the full amount. The girl behind the counter was so sweet in helping me and the owner honored my gift card. I absolutely appreciate that and would definitely recommend you based on that alone
