I would absolutely recommend Health MedSpa . You won't regret it ! I had an absolutely wonderful experience , I was greeted warmly by the staff , and the ambiance was so calming and luxurious, the services offered were top-notch. The laser technician is highly skilled and attentive to my needs.

Nancy is amazing! I've had Botox injections at two Med Spas previously (one in South Tampa, one in St Pete) and my experience with Nancy far exceeded my previous experiences. The atmosphere is so cute, Nancy is so kind and really explains the logic behind which cites are being injected. I'm so glad I made the switch and have an injector who I love and trust - I can't recommend her enough!

I have been feeling pretty badly lately with back problems, blah, blah, blah so decided to use my Groupon for a facial. What can I say????? This was without a doubt, the BEST facial I have ever had in my entire life....that's 74 years+ people!!!!!! Michelle is incredible. Words fail to describe the miracle she worked and I have rejoined the human race!!!~ this place is spotless, served by caring people and requires a visit by you to experience the best!!!!!

I have had three laser treatments for Brazilian and underarms was guaranteed I would be hair free in 6. I still have to shave and get dark stubble so I suspect it won't happen. I think I was suckered. This is what I get for going to a place based on Groupon.

This office keeps messing up my appointments. I had an appointment and received two confirmations. But the office was closed for a week. No one called me to say that they were closed. Now I get another confirmation for an appointment scheduled for Thursday. We are in the middle of a hurricane!! What is wrong with this place?!? What's worse, they changed the technician that I am seeing. I didn't make my appointment with Geraldine, my appointment is with Maria. I'm not going to a new technician when I made my appointment with Maria. At the very least, ask me if I am willing to go to another tech. I would not recommend this place. Unprofessional!!

I've had such a great experience here. Laura B. Is who you need for laser hair removal. She is truly a gem! I completed my series of laser hair removal treatments and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I saw results after the first treatment! It didn't even hurt! Laura always explained everything thoroughly, was very gentle and attentive during each session, and worked quickly but efficiently each time. I was in and out in maybe 15 min or less. If you've ever had a Brazilian wax, know that BW pain is significantly more painful, more expensive, with longer appointments, and has short lived results as compared to laser treatments. Laser is the way to go! Laura is the best! Love being hair-free with baby soft skin!

I've also had a few sessions for teeth whitening with Han and she provides excellent service! She's also attentive, explains everything, and is very meticulous about her work. My teeth are so much whiter and vibrant! Wow! I've received so many compliments from friends and strangers! I will be back for a facial.

The facility is easy to find and has its own parking lot. The waiting area and rooms are very clean and neat. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, looks glamorous and chic! Front desk receptionist is very friendly and professional. Making appointments is easy and they always send a reminder. They offer a large range of services so there's something for everyone. Call them and check out Groupon for specials!

I really liked the staff and technicians which is a shame because I paid for, and endured the pain and discomfort of a full body laser package, and within about a year and a half all the hair came back. Every area we treated multiple times even.

Sorry to say this, as the staff were awesome but it was unfortunately ineffective treatment, even for areas that are commonly easy to treat, like legs.

Aliyah was very professional and was gracious enough to take me in even though I was a little early. She also made sure the laser strength was at the appropriate level considering I have sensitive skin. Thank you girl! Look forward to our next session.

I only gave 3 stars because of what's happening lately. I'm not sure if there's new management or a new owner but I have not been happy lately. First of all, someone keeps calling me to verify and then change my appointment. She called me about 4 times! I kept telling her that we already verified my appointment but then the 3rd time she said she had to change it. And then the last time she called to verify it again. It was very annoying since I was at work every time she called.
Then, when I came in to purchase a new laser service, they wrote down my credit card # on a piece of paper and was calling it in at a later time. I was very unhappy about that! Turns out, the person who was charging my card, kept entering it wrong and insisted it was invalid, which it was not. She tried to tell me that I was confusing her and myself. Clearly I was not the one who was confused. She should have been nicer. Especially since I just purchased another laser package.
Anyway, I love my laser treatments and my technician Maria. She is very warm and friendly and always makes me feel special. And because of Maria, I will keep coming back.
