Last night was the BEST night of sleep I’ve had in MONTHS. I am crediting this to the AMAZING session I had with Nicole at Healix yesterday. We did a full hour of fascial stretch and WOW! 🙌🏻 I’ve been working with Healix since 2018 when I started with Becky White-Steensma. That was waaaaaay back when she was a solo-practitioner and I was afraid to give her name out to my friends because her schedule was already full and I wanted her all to myself 😂 Now she has an entire team of smiling faces and skilled professionals. Now I get to schedule when it works for me (plus the Naples location is about to open so I can even go there while I’m in FL 🌴). Anyway… most recently I’ve been favoring Manual Therapy (think upgraded Massage) and Cupping with Michelle but my body knew it was time for a stretch + Nicole had an opening that fit in my calendar. Stretch helps me in so many ways. 5⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to the Healix Team. If you haven’t tried it, you owe it to yourself to book a session.
