It has been awhile since I had a massage and I've been much more active this summer using muscles I hadn't for awhile. I had a deep tissue from John Jay. It was truly deep tissue, and he kept checking to make sure the pressure was alright. I was sore the next day, but I can tell he was able to get all the tightness and knots out of areas that needed it. I'm going back in a month for another. Good job!
