It was the best facial I have ever had. Erica explained everything before the facial and asked if I wanted a step by step procedure or just sit back and relax. I picked "just sit back and relax". Glad I did. I actually fell asleep during the facial. I had to apologize because I woke myself up with my snoring. LOL
