• I had a truly spectacular session with Ms. Joan Sims! I was visiting Rome from out of town and was experiencing terrible leg fatigue and soreness from running, and was planning to run the Peachtree Road Race in ATL a few days later! She assessed my muscles, targeted the specific areas, and then showed me how to stretch my legs to take care of further pain. I go regularly to a neuromuscular therapist at home and have never felt this good coming off the table! 10/10 would recommend!!!
