• I was surprised there wasn't someone at the desk to greet peoplewhen I walked in. I liked the check in via text option but just thought it was odd there was not a host out front. Someone came out within a minute.

• David did an excellent job! He was kind, attentive, listened to me. He gave me a deep tissue massage but I did not leave in even more pain. I will 100% ask for him next time.
