• The only issues I’ve had so far all sent her around the technology being used by the office. My husband originally booked my first appointment, and his contact information was in the system for me. I requested that to be changed, but it didn’t get processed for whatever reason. The first time I visited my payment double Hit my account, but that was quickly resolved by the manager. There was a staffing issue where my initial masseuse no longer works for the company and I was not told that, but just spoke with another massage therapist. Once I was told this, I was fine, but it would have been nice to have an explanation. the final thing that was frustrating was the third time I came in, they could not find my first two appointments in the system. I work for a company that has tricky systems and not great training. That seems to be the case with this branch so this will not keep me from coming back. It will make me more on guard to keep records in my phone since I cannot depend on the company’s system to keep good records.
